By creating an account on SecuSteri, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
SecuSteri is a cloud-based sterilization compliance tracking platform for regulated healthcare and aesthetics professionals. It enables digital logging of autoclave cycles, instrument traceability, and generation of compliance documentation.
Each subscription covers one organization. The account holder is responsible for all activity under the account, including actions taken by team members added to the account. You must ensure that team members are authorized professionals at your organization.
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. Trial periods do not require payment details upfront; billing begins at the end of the trial if you upgrade to a paid plan.
You may not use SecuSteri to falsify sterilization records, bypass regulatory requirements, or otherwise circumvent your legal compliance obligations. SecuSteri is a tool to support compliance; it does not replace your professional responsibility as a regulated practitioner.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into SecuSteri. SecuSteri processes your data on your behalf as a data processor under the GDPR. We do not sell your data or use it for any purpose other than providing the service. See the Data Processing Agreement below and our Privacy Policy for details.
SecuSteri, its software, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of DAN RADU OPRITA EI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.
SecuSteri is provided on an as-is basis. No service level agreement or uptime guarantee applies. We will endeavour to maintain reasonable availability and will communicate planned maintenance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SecuSteri's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, are involved in fraudulent activity, or present a legal or security risk. Upon termination, your compliance records are retained for the legally mandated period — see section 11 and our Privacy Policy.
Signed sterilization records and audit logs are subject to mandatory retention obligations under applicable French sanitary law and EU regulations. These records are retained for the legally required period even after account cancellation, pursuant to Article 17(3)(b) of the GDPR. This is in your interest as a regulated professional — you may need access to these records for regulatory inspections after cancellation. Personal information not required by law (names, email addresses) is anonymised at cancellation.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse, France.
As a data processor under GDPR Article 28, SecuSteri processes personal data on your behalf. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Data Processing Agreement, the terms of which are as follows:
We will notify you by email before any material changes take effect, with a minimum notice period of 30 days. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel before the effective date.
